 | ministop kapitolyo review---ive been a regular customer but for the past few months i become very disappointed with the way the crew and the branch manager have been behaving... i thought customer satisfaction is their goal but i think they prefer wasting time chatting while they allow customer wait and waste time for the right accommodation, i even got to be a victim of the manager's rudeness and i don't think she is professional enough to be in her position... i thought training is given before they are disperse and given assignments... I don't think Jackie " the branch manager" deserve to be so called ma'am... she is so unprofessional.. i may say a street vendor knows better how to treat a customer than the way she can.... |

 | MINISTOP LEGASPI BRANCH HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Seriously, you should try to evaluate your staffs customer service skills. |
 | "Ministop Big R Cainta Branch makes customers with no choice and feel unhappy" We went to the said branch this night around 11PM as our night habit to have our favorite uncle john's chicken. Our choice is to have a breast part or a wing part of the chicken which we usually have but turned down that the standard is to have a breast part and a leg part. When did it became a standard? when the other day we had such, what if the only part left is the wing and the breast... will they sell those chickens? No wonder nowadays very few are coming at their branch. It is because of this branch lady staff and manager Tin Almanzan who makes customers unhappy. |

 | suki po ako sa minute stop dahil yon lang malapit na mabibilhan ng drinks at finger foods. at saka mga prepaid mobile cards. kaya lang hindi na ako umulit nong nagkaproblema ako sa mga resibo na ini issue. dahil after one month, burang bura na. as in wala nang mababasa. Malaki din ang nawala sa aking budget kasi hindi inirefund ng company dahil walang mababasa sa receipts. kaya nadala ako. hindi na ako bibili sa ano mang outlets ng mini stop. dahil mamomolubi ako, hindi irrefund ng company. Before pinapasulat kamay ko ng casheir ang resibo, sapaw dun sa resibo mismo. kaya lang hahaba ang pila at minsan marami items ako binili. I hope mag improve kayosa service. ang resibo ay hindi nagfunction sa kanyang purpose. what the use of issuing receipts na hindi naman nagagamit. |

 | i always buy chicken at mini stop stores but i found out that chicken in mabolo III, bacoor, cavite branch are too small than the regular size in other stores…i think its substandard please monitor that branch.. thank you i hope you will put action on that im looking forward to it. . . . |

Gusto kong paupahan ang at least 60sqm sa iyo, Ministop. Ako nga pala ay taga Cavite.
